Provide support for effective operation of One Button Studios, technology enhanced classrooms and study rooms.Helps inspire team work and cooperation within Delivery Services Seeks consultation and assistance when needed. Accurately assesses performance and handles performance and disciplinary problems in a timely manner. Supervises a team of student assistant workers and works cooperatively with other supervisors to hire, train and schedule work hours for students.
Provides support for the effective operation of the Lockwood Library service desk as needed. Responsible for appropriate and adequate staffing of the Silverman Library service desk. Administers and manages the operation of the Silverman Library service desk during evening hours.
